As the regulatory and policy landscape evolves, so too does the framework in which we plan, build, and invest.

Join us for our webcast, Policy in Motion: Adapting to a Changing Regulatory Landscape, as a panel of professionals explore how recent and upcoming changes in legislation—across federal, state, and local levels—are influencing development patterns, permitting processes, housing supply, environmental standards, tax incentives, labor, and infrastructure funding.

Our discussion will unpack the implications of shifting policies on the built environment and discuss how industry leaders can adapt their strategies in response.

Don’t forget to check out the other webcasts in our four-part virtual 2025 Building Opportunity Conference.
